As the Senior AQA Engineer, you will be responsible for establishing and refining the QA and QC processes across our cloud and on-premise platforms.

In the first few months: actively design, develop, and automate test cases.
Build and implement automated testing to cover key product functionalities.
Lead and manage the QA team (now 1 manual QA).
Set up and maintain the infrastructure for automated testing.
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure high product quality throughout all stages of development.

Develop and implement CI/CD processes for automated tests, including integration with pipelines.
Prioritize, track, and document bugs, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct load, performance, and stress testing using automated solutions.
Ensure proper documentation of all automated test cases, scripts, and results.

5+ years of experience in automation testing high-load, high-availability products.
2+ years of experience in implementing and managing testing processes.
Hands-on experience with test development using Python.
Experience organizing testing processes for on-premise solutions, with a focus on automation.

Strong understanding of software architecture and technical aspects to effectively create test scenarios.

Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
