We are developing a cutting-edge platform that enables virtual employees for medium and large enterprises across various industries. Our solution leverages advanced conversational AI, large language models (LLMs), and natural language and speech processing technologies.
Our team has extensive experience in generative AI (GenAI) and specialized expertise in machine learning and speech technologies. We have previously developed voice assistants like Alexa and Siri for local markets and created our own GPT technology prior to the release of ChatGPT.
With several major projects already in progress, we are looking to expand our team. Currently, we are seeking talented candidates for the position of Technical Writer.
As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our platform, SDKs, and key components. Your work will enable developers, partners, and customers to effectively understand and integrate our technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding concepts of software development & engineering processes.
At least basic understanding of AI, NLP, or speech processing technologies.

Platform Documentation:
Describe the architecture of the platform at the component and service level.
Document interactions between internal modules and external systems.
SDK & Library Documentation:
Write and maintain technical documentation for SDKs and libraries.
Ensure clarity, completeness, and usability for developers integrating with our platform.

Proven experience in technical writing, preferably for AI, ML, software platforms, SDKs, or APIs.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
Experience working with cloud-based architectures, microservices, and AI-driven platforms.
Strong understanding of software development processes and version control tools.
