Machine Learning Engineer (NLP/LLM)
We are now expanding our team and are looking for skilled, goal-oriented backend developers to join our platform and custom solution teams.

Responsibilities
Design, train and implement NLP models of different complexity. We work with SoTA models and their combinations, tuning LLM and much more;
Find bottlenecks in models performance and fix them;
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science roles, with a significant portion dedicated to NLP tasks and LLM fine-tuning;
Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning and transformers;
Experience in fine-tuning LLM (7B or larger) on multiple GPUs using DeepSpeed or FSDP;
Strong understanding of business needs and ability to”translate” them into the language of models;
You are writing production-ready code (git, tests, linters, code analyzers, CI, code reviews, etc.);
You understand how parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods works and are able to apply them (LoRA and more);
Experience in intent recognition, named entities recognition, facts extraction and other voice assistance related NLU tasks is an advantage;
Experience leading projects, mentoring junior team members, and providing technical guidance and support would be a plus;
