Marketing Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic start up. This is a critical role for our growing team, requiring a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills. You would be responsible for building our marketing hub (HubSpot) from the ground up, optimizing our marketing funnel, and establishing all new processes. Responsibilities
HubSpot Development & Management:
Design, implement, and maintain our HubSpot instance from scratch, including CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub (as needed).
Configure and optimize HubSpot tools such as landing pages, forms, workflows, email templates, reporting dashboards, and lead scoring models.
Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within HubSpot
Marketing Funnel Optimization:
Develop and manage the end-to-end marketing funnel, from lead generation to customer retention.
Identify and implement strategies to improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
Work closely with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment.
Process Establishment & Improvement:
Define, document, and implement new marketing operations processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish best practices for lead management, campaign execution, data tracking, and reporting.
Continuously evaluate and refine existing processes to drive continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards and reports.
Analyze key marketing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
Nurture Email Strategy & Execution:
Implement multi-channel nurture campaigns in partnership with content and product marketing.
Segment audiences and personalize content to maximize engagement.
A/B test email content and subject lines to optimize performance.
Nice to have: Write compelling and effective nurture emails that guide leads through the buyer's journey.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing operations with overall business objectives.
Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on HubSpot and new processes.
Expectations
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on HubSpot.
Proven experience building and optimizing HubSpot instances from the ground up.
Deep understanding of marketing automation best practices, lead management, and the marketing funnel.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing reporting and data analysis.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ideally with a proven ability to write effective marketing copy.
HubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound, Marketing Software, Sales Software) are highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
