Sales Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will own and optimize our end-to-end sales processes, ensure alignment across GTM teams, and act as a strategic partner to leadership on planning and scaling initiatives. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage end-to-end sales processes and tools, ensuring alignment between marketing, SDR, and account executive teams.

Conduct introductory meetings with potential leads to qualify and assess fit, effectively managing the top of the sales pipeline.

Maintain data integrity and reporting within the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy.

Partner with leadership on annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design, quota setting, and compensation models.

Deliver insights through dashboards and reports on key metrics such as ARR growth, cycle time, ACV, and win rates.

Lead adoption and optimization of automation tools across the sales tech stack (e.g., Gong, Apollo, Notion, Productboard).

Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success on revenue operations alignment.

Support onboarding and ongoing enablement initiatives to improve team efficiency and sales effectiveness.

Drive continuous improvement in go-to-market processes based on data, feedback, and emerging best practices in AI enterprise sales.

Expectations

4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM strategy within a B2B SaaS or AI/tech company.

Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and data analysis tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau).

Proven track record supporting enterprise-level or complex solution sales cycles.

Experience conducting lead qualification and managing early pipeline stages.

Analytical thinker with ability to translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial teams.

Passion for efficiency, automation, and supporting a high-performing sales culture.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in conversational AI, agentic systems, or enterprise automation software.

Exposure to early-stage or scaling startup environments.

Familiarity with AI sales cycles involving technical POCs or custom integrations.

Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and end-to-end revenue operations design.
