Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain the infrastructure for the enterprise on-premise version of the platform.
Build and support solutions for seamless integration of our platform into diverse client IT environments.
Automate the deployment, updating, and monitoring of the platform.
Ensure the high availability, scalability, and security of the platform.
Participate in incident management and the resolution of production issues.
Requirements
5+ years as an SRE/DevOps Engineer in enterprise or production environments.
Container Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm (developing and maintaining Helm charts for multi-tenant or client-specific deployments).
Working with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Experience IaC and configuration management, Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible.
CI/CD principles and hands-on experience with relevant tools GitHub, GitLab.
Proficiency with monitoring technologies (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Understanding of deployment and maintenance specifics of ML/LLM models.
Experience with on-premise installations.
